Project Description

Danny Satterfield Drywall Corporation played a key role in the renovation of the Student Union Building at Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) in Goodwell, Oklahoma. This project involved transforming portions of the existing facility to better serve students, faculty, and visitors while maintaining the functionality of an active campus environment.

Our team completed demolition and containment to prepare the space for construction, followed by installation of both structural and interior metal stud framing. The project also included insulation, drywall hanging and finishing, acoustical ceiling systems, FRP wall panels in service areas, and various miscellaneous carpentry elements.

The renovation helped modernize the student union while creating updated spaces designed for gathering, dining, studying, and campus events. Projects like this highlight our team’s ability to perform complex renovation work in occupied institutional facilities while maintaining high standards for quality, coordination, and schedule.
